Using XO Scores

By accessing or using XO Scores, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. XO Scores provides a public historical database of high school football schedules, final scores, standings, season statistics, and published game information.

Data and Availability

Game and team information comes from participating programs and other data sources. We make reasonable efforts to present it accurately, but we do not guarantee that information is complete, error-free, or available at all times. XO Scores may correct, remove, delay, or decline to publish information.

Acceptable Use

You may use XO Scores for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not disrupt the service, bypass security controls, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, misuse data, or use automated access in a way that burdens the service or violates law.

Ownership

XO Scores and its software, design, branding, and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. School names, logos, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. These terms do not grant you ownership of any content.

Mobile Subscriptions

Public website database pages are free and require no subscription. Optional Fan Pass subscriptions are offered only in the XO Scores mobile app and are purchased, renewed, cancelled, and refunded under the applicable app store's terms. A mobile subscription does not control access to the public website.

Third-Party Services

XO Scores relies on third-party services and may link to third-party sites. Their services and content are governed by their own terms, and XO Scores is not responsible for them.

Disclaimer and Liability

XO Scores is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, XO Scores and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Changes and Termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of XO Scores and may restrict access for violations of these terms. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The effective date above identifies the current version.
