Overview

XO Scores provides a public high school football historical database and a mobile app. The website does not require an account or sign-in. We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or track people across other companies' apps or websites.

Information We Handle

Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, requested page, browser or device type, timestamps, and security events. XO Scores may also receive crash diagnostics from Sentry. Crash data is not linked to an identified user and is not used for tracking. When enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics also provides cookie-less aggregate traffic measurements; it does not track people across websites or build advertising profiles.

In the mobile app, RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user identifier and purchase history to provide and restore subscriptions. These data are not linked to an identified user and are not used for tracking. Followed teams and app preferences remain on the device. Push notifications use Firebase Cloud Messaging topic subscriptions without a user-identifying message payload.

How We Use Information

We use this information only to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve XO Scores; to process and restore mobile subscriptions; and to deliver requested push notifications. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes or as required by law.

Service Providers

We use service providers for hosting, error diagnostics, mobile subscriptions, app-store distribution, and push delivery. They process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect XO Scores, its users, or the public.

Your Choices and Updates

You can disable push notifications in your device settings and manage or cancel mobile subscriptions through the applicable app store. We may update this policy as the service changes; the effective date above identifies the current version.
